Using Jambo Daily Ritual Supercharged Butter to make delicious fatty coffee for the perfect combination of relaxation and focus.

This past year at PaleoFX I met the guys from Jambo Superfoods and I was super interested in their product because they have a GHEE, CBD, and MCT Oil blend. I am a pretty big fan of CBD, especially for relaxing and managing stress and anxiety. I made this recipe with the new Perfect Keto, Keto Coffee, which is amazing. If you guys haven’t tried that yet, seriously you need to get on it. It is Fatty coffee done the right way and tastes incredible!
Normally, when I consume Fatty Coffee, I like to stick to a much lower calorie approach and only use coffee and MCTs. However, yesterday when I made this coffee I was suffering from jet lag, I was feeling a little stressed, and I wanted to fast a little longer to help get more work done. For that reason, I came up with this blend, using the Jambo Daily Ritual Supercharged Butter to hit those needs!
This particular blend gave me a very relaxed and calm feeling that helped me zero in during my late morning deep work session! This is likely because of the combination of MCTs and CBD which is now a combination I love! Also, the added calories helped from the butter helped keep me full and allow myself to fast a little longer and stimulate greater ketone production. This blend ended up doing exactly what I needed it to!
Give this one a try and let me know what you guys think!

In today’s world, people’s eating and exercise patterns have changed, and it is often lifestyle that is the cause of many diet-related illnesses. I believe that each of us is unique – what works for one does not help another. What is more, it can even be harmful. I am interested in food psychology, which studies a person’s relationship with their body and food, explains our choices and desires for specific products, the difficulty of maintaining optimal body weight, as well as the influence of various internal and external factors on appetite.
