Peppermint Mocha Latte:

Peppermint Mocha Latte

1 cup strong coffee
¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons peppermint syrup
3 Drops of Mint CBD

Peppermint Cream Topping

▢¼ cup heavy cream
▢1 tablespoon peppermint syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Make peppermint cream topping.

Whip peppermint syrup and heavy cream using a handheld milk frother until it thickens. Soft peaks should form in just a few seconds.

Froth milk.

Bring milk to a simmer on the stovetop, making sure it doesn’t come to a boil since it can easily burn, or microwave it for 30 seconds.
Pour heated milk into a French press, put the lid on, and move the plunger up and down, making sure to hold down the lid. Or, heat and froth milk at the same time using an electric milk frother. If you have an espresso machine, froth milk using the steam wand.

Assemble drink.

Pour coffee into a cup and add frothed milk, peppermint syrup, and chocolate syrup. Top with cream topping. Garnish by drizzling on chocolate syrup and adding some crushed candy cane.

Pumpkin Spice Latte:

Pumpkin Spice Latte

2 espresso shots
3 tablespoons pumpkin spice sauce
1 ¼ cup steamed or hot milk
pinch pumpkin spice
3 Drops of Cinnamon CBD

Whipped Cream

¼ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk heavy cream and vanilla syrup to make whipped cream. Set aside.
The quickest and easiest way to make whipped cream for drinks is to use a handheld milk frother.
Put espresso, pumpkin spice sauce, and hot or steamed milk into a mug. Stir.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
Use a spoon to add the whipped cream on top of the drink.

Iced Vanilla Latte:

½ cup cold brew coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
½ cup milk
½ cup ice
3 Drops unflavored CBD

Vanilla Cream Topping

¼ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla syrup

Vanilla Syrup

¼ cup water
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Make vanilla syrup.
Stir together hot water, vanilla extract, and sugar until sugar dissolves. The finer the sugar, the quicker it will dissolve so avoid using raw or turbinado sugar.
Make cream topping.
Whisk heavy cream and vanilla syrup until it thickens using a handheld milk frother. (This is my secret to making whipped cream for drinks in seconds.)
Stir together coffee, vanilla syrup, and milk.
Assemble drink.
Pour vanilla latte into a cup of ice and spoon on the cream topping.

Licorice Almond Milk Latte

Ingredients

Licorice Salt
1 cup of almond milk
1/8 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1shot fair-trade organic espresso
3 Drops Licorice CBD
Ground cinnamon
Almond milk
1/4 tsp of organic ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp of organic ground cloves

Instructions

Take a pot and fill up with a desired amount of milk for your latte. Heat it up on medium low until milk is steaming.
Whisk before pouring into latte
Pull a shot of espresso and pour the steamed milk into a cup over the espresso.
Add vanilla, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and RawSpiceBar’s Licorice Salt
